SINGAPORE
My favorite of all the modern buildings I saw are the curved knife-shaped condominium buildings (shown below). Upon closer look, I saw a grove of trees growing on top of each building.
This picture is taken at the Supertree Grove. Here, twice nightly, there is a light show.

DAYTIME
Singapore calls itself a Garden City. Roadways and streets are lined with trees and shrubs, regularly pruned and trimmed. Plants and gardens appear on building rooftops.
Modern buildings have edgy asymmetrical shapes, including curved surfaces.

NIGHTTIME
In contrast, city lights dazzle at night.
